Lettuce Wraps & 4 years

Now doesn't this look fantastic... yes  yes it does.

After coming back from California, Jesse and I enjoyed this dish at the rain forest cafe' and ever since we have been craving for more.

Since yesterday was our 4 year of being "together" we decided to have this as our celebrating dish. What an amazing decision that was.

So easy and fast to make... if you would also like to try it at home here is what you'll need.

Crispy iceberg lettuce, rice noodles, crispy noodles, peanuts, cucumbers, carrots and teriyaki chicken Once you have everything ready you collect everything in a piece of lettuce and enjoy.
