Our baby fox

No... not a real fox, but she sure does look like one! Meet Vixey our mini pomeranian puppy. It was definatly a shock bringing home this little bundle of fluff, but we are both so glad that we did.

Jesse and I have been wanting to get a dog for awhile now, and with our condo not approving pets it made our decision final that we wouldn't get one while we were living there. Then just last week we talked to a lady on our condo board, who had a dog and asked her what the real rules were. After a long chat we both decided that we could risk getting a puppy. We went to the SPCA on Saturday and didn't see anything that caught our eye, mostly because all the dogs were large dogs and we were in need of a small one. Getting a dog wasn't really a priority on our list, but the next day we stepped into the Market Mall petland and instantly fell in love with this little one. We took her home within an hour of meeting her and as of right now, all I can say is that she is the perfect pup!

She is snugly, loving, submissive, and listens so well. She's already doing so well on the potty training side, and she rarely bites. Jesse and I have taken her on some walks and she is so good on and off leash! Okay okay I know it's only been 2 days, but hey... I'm just so amazed at how well she is adjusting so far. We're also crate training her, and so far that has also been perfect! No whining, no accidents... nothing.

Anyways! my figjam blog will now probably be overloaded with this new little one... so get ready!!
